Court Order Stops 20% Reduction of Hours for IHSS Recipients (Oster v. Lightbourne)
Recipients of In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) will continue to receive their currently authorized hours in accordance with IHSS rules and requirements. Recipients will not have their hours reduced by 20% as required by the enactment of SB 73.
