IHSS Program Stakeholder Meeting Information
The following meeting will focus on the new provider enrollment requirements which expand the exclusionary crimes that could prohibit a person from working as an IHSS provider as outlined in Assembly Bill 1612. Additionally, CDSS will discuss the waiver process and share draft notices and forms that inform recipients that they may hire a person despite a serious or violent felony.
