Disaster Services Section

The three programs that the Disaster Services Section are responsible for are supporting counties' mass care and shelter programs in California and State, federal grant recovery programs for individuals and households, and Emergency Repatriation. These program responsibilities are delegated to the Department by an Administrative Order from the Governor's Office of Emergency Services, issued under the authority of Executive Order W-9-91.
