Resource Guides for Licensees

CCLD is committed to supporting licensees’ efforts to achieve and sustain compliance with the requirements of licensure. As a part of that commitment, the Technical Support Program offers Resource Guides, which licensees can use as a tool to understand the requirements of compliance. Resource Guides also sometimes provide best practice suggestions that licensees may choose to implement within their facility to not only meet, but exceed, the requirements of licensure.

These Resource Guides should not to be used as a substitute for knowing and understanding the statutory and regulatory requirements for licensure, or as the only tool licensees use to evaluate and measure their practices and policies.
