County Refugee Coordinators
County Refugee Coordinators (CRCs) are officials in refugee-impacted counties who oversee refugee resettlement programs at the county level, managing funding, policies, and services for new arrivals.
CRCs coordinate with Resettlement Agencies (RAs), Ethnic Community Based Organizations (ECBOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), school districts, healthcare providers, law enforcement, employment and training agencies, local employers, and members of the refugee community to develop county plans for refugee services, which are approved by the county Board of Supervisors and certified by the California Department of Social Services.
