Charts and Graphs
- County TANF Annual Work Participation Rates
These tables display each county's annual work participation rates based on federally allowable work activities. These reports are posted shortly after data are finalized. This typically occurs over a year after the federal fiscal year has ended.
- Work Participation Data (TANF/SSP Combined)
These tables display the State's status annually on the federal work participation rate. These tables combine data for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)-funded and Separate State Program cases. These reports are posted shortly after data are finalized. This typically occurs over a year after the federal fiscal year has ended.
- County TANF Work Participation Rate Monthly Report (WTW 30)
These tables display each county's monthly participation rate based on federally allowable welfare-to-work activities. Reporting via the WTW 30 was discontinued effective October 1, 2006. Therefore, July, August and September 2006 are the only published months; and instead, counties report disaggregated data to CDSS via E2LITE/RADEP.
- Pay for Performance
The Pay for Performance (P4P) program was authorized by AB 1808 (2006-07 Human Services Budget Trailer Bill). The P4P program is a strategy designed to encourage counties to invest resources in work activities that move families toward meaningful and lasting employment and to assist the State in increasing its federal work participation rate.
Measure 1 - Employment Rates of County CalWORKs Cases
