Fraud Investigation Reports
This quarterly publication (formerly known as the PA 4) summarizes the monthly DPA 266 Fraud Investigation Activity Report. The publication includes data on CalWORKs and CalFresh fraud activities, including the number and percentage of investigations received, accepted, rejected, completed, and the results of the completed investigations. This publication has been discontinued as of December 2007. Plans are to provide updated publications beginning in Fiscal Year 2013-14, after the revised DPA 266 is in place.
