CDSS ACL 99-71 -- September 27, 1999 (Synopsis): Food Stamp Table of Coupon Issuance, New Deductions and Allowances

This ACL provides the Food Stamp tables of coupon issuance effective October 1, 1999. It also provides a chart of net and gross monthly income maximums effective October 1, 1999.

The standard deduction ($134), shelter deduction ($275) and homeless household shelter deduction ($143) amounts did not change. The standard utility allowance increased from $158 to $163 monthly.
