2000 Medicare Premiums and SSI Standard and Parental Allocations For the QMB/SLMB and Other Programs
The 2000 standard allocation is $257, an increase from the 1999 level of $251 . The parent allocation is $512 if one ineligible parent lives with a child and $769 if both ineligible parents live with a child.
The Medicare Part B premium remains at $45.50 for 2000.
