January 2000 CAPI Payment Standards

This ACIN provides the new CAPI payment standards effective January 1, 2000. The new standard for an individual residing in his/her own household is $682 ($10 less than the comparable SSI/SSP standard).

This ACIN also provides a table which includes the presumed maximum value (PMV) of in-kind support and maintenance (ISM) for an individual ($190.66) and for a couple ($276.33); the allowance for children in deeming situations ($257) and the sponsor's allocation in alien deeming situations ($512).
