This ACL provides the estimated January 2000 SSI/SSP benefit levels. Included is a chart that provides the amount of SSI/SSP payment for persons living in their own home; living in the household of another with in-kind room and board; and non-medical out of home care (NMOHC) SSI/SSP payment amounts for those living in the household of a relative with in-kind room and board and those living in a licensed facility or the household of a relative without in-kind room and board.

The SSI/SSP rate for an aged or disabled individual in an independent living situation is $692 monthly. The SSI or federal benefit rate portion of that $692 is $512.
