Noncitizen Eligibility Reference Guide
This ACIN reproduces a noncitizen reference guide. This guide revises a version of the Santa Clara County reference guide that was issued via ACIN I-47-95. The guide explains the different categories of noncitizens and the types of documentation associated with each particular group.
The guide is not guaranteed to be completely accurate because immigration laws change frequently. This ACIN states that this guide is not approved for the Medi-Cal program and that any questions should be directed to the appropriate Medi-Cal contact.
