Revisions to IPV Hearings Process Form |
DPA 353 (Notice of CalWORKs/AFDC and/or FS ADH)
The DPA 353 has been changed as follows:
- Sections 22-200 and 22-300 have been added as authority for the procedures
governing IPV hearings.
- The "Your Rights:" section has been revised for consistency and
clarity. The old forms stated that "You have the right to:" and
then listed items, which did not complete the rest of that sentence. The new
form adds a new statement: "In addition, you have the following
rights:" so that the conclusion of the sentence flows from that initial
statement.
- The "Your Rights:" section now sets forth the correct regulatory
authority for the hearing process. The correct cites are Section 20-300,
22-200, 20-350, and 22-300.
- The word "calendar" has been added to describe the length of
time the respondent has to return the signed waiver.
