The CW 2184 is a new 60-month time limit informing notice. It is dated October 2001 and no substitutes are permitted.
Per MPP §40-107.14, the county must provide this informing notice to applicants when they apply for aid or at the time a recipient’s eligibility for aid is determined. This ACIN adds that this notice must be provided at the annual redetermination.
The CW 2184 is designed to inform recipients of the 60-month time limit requirements including "clock stoppers" and "time extenders". Counties are required to inform recipients of the right to claim exemptions from the 60-month time limit.
The CW 2184 is printed in English, but includes a section that states "If you cannot read this form, ask your worker for a translation". This sentence is also written in Spanish, Cambodian, Chinese, Russian and Vietnamese.
