This ACIN provides new CAPI payment standards effective January 1, 2002. A CAPI payment standards chart is attached.

The presumed maximum value (PMV) of in-kind support and maintenance is increased from $196.66 to $201.66 for an individual and from $285.33 to $292.33 for a couple.
