ACWDL 03-10 -- March 5, 2003 and ACWDL 03-15 -- April 11, 2003 (Synopsis): 2003 Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Standards

ACWDL 02-13 provides FPL charts that are effective April 1, 2003. Included is a Sneede v. Kizer prorated FPL chart based on new poverty levels which will be used for §1931(b) applicants and recipients.

ACWDL 03-15 provides poverty level charts for the QMB, SLMB and QI-1 programs that are effective from April 1, 2003.
