Per All-County Information Notice I-24-96, the CDSS and its agents are preliminarily enjoined from collecting administrative error FS overissuances by involuntary means. Counties may only recover administrative error overissuances if the individual voluntarily agrees to repay. The CDSS is appealing this decision.
