This ACL transmits the 1996 Regional Market Rate Ceilings for California child care providers. Counties must use these rate ceilings effective July 1, 1996, for GAIN child care supportive services and other programs such as Non-GAIN Education and Training (NET), Supplemental Child Care (SCC), California Alternative Assistance Program (CAAP), Cal-Learn, and Transitional Child Care (TCC).
