This ACIN provides the new income level for EA eligibility determinations during FY 1996-97.
In order to establish eligibility for the EA program, a family’s income can be no greater than 200 percent of the California median family income.
Effective July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997, the total family income of an EA applicant cannot exceed $96,800.
