Effective October 1, 1996 there are new tables of Food Stamp coupon issuance. This ACL also adds the following:
The standard deduction remains at $134.
The shelter deduction is increased to $250 effective January 1, 1997.
The homeless household shelter allowance remains at $143.
The Standard Utility Allowance is $151 effective October 1, 1996.
The vehicle exclusion limit is increased from $4,600 to $4,650 effective October 1, 1996.
Net and Gross Monthly Income maximum charts are included.
