Notes from the Training Bureau - April 30, 1998

Effective February 1, 1998, counties are required to destroy old MC 007 notices and issue the new revised MC 007 notice. The new MC 007 contains a note about the property disregard program, the property limits and a list of the most common property exemptions including information about Principe v. Belshé provisions.
