Notes from the Training Bureau - April 30, 1998

Section 50014(a)(3) which defined a married person as an adult regardless of age has been deleted effective January 9, 1998. As a result of this deletion, a married person under age 21 who is not blind or disabled and is living in the home of his/her parents, is considered a child for Medi-Cal budget purposes and financial responsibility.
