Reference: Welfare and Institutions Code (W&IC) Section 11461

Assembly Bill (AB) 1391 increases the foster care basic rate, specialized care rate and clothing allowance by six percent effective July 1, 1998. These increases do not apply to the infant supplement, the rate paid to Foster Family Agencies or the rate paid to group homes.

This ACL provides the current basic rate for five different age categories.
