ACL 97-72 addressed the new WtW plan that goes into effect in all counties in 1998. While GAIN regulations will no longer be in effect in each county once the county begins to implement its WtW plan, Cal-Learn regulations found at MPP §§42-762 through 42-769 still apply except that 19 year olds may now voluntarily participate in Cal-Learn. This ACL provides several questions and answers about 19 year old teens in Cal-Learn and other miscellaneous Cal-Learn questions.
