CDSS ACL 98-70 -- September 15, 1998 (Synopsis): Aid To Families with Dependent Children-Foster Care And Seriously Emotionally Disturbed Children’s Programs’ Rates

This ACL provides information on the increased foster care rates that became effective July 1, 1998. Rates are listed for family homes, foster family agencies, group homes and for an infant supplement. This ACL also advises that there is a 2.84% cost of living adjustment as well as a 6% increase in the specialized care rate effective July 1, 1998.
