Notes from the Training Bureau - May 3, 1999

This ACWDL provides that the 1999 statewide average pay rate for nursing facilities is $3882. This figure should be used whenever the more recent of the date of application or date of institutionalization occurs in 1999 and a disqualifying transfer has occurred. Existing periods of ineligibility are not updated annually, so counties should not recalculate any period of ineligibility that occurred before 1999.
