Notes from the Training Bureau - May 28, 1999

The CDHS has notified the SHD that effective immediately, all cases involving Viagra (sildenafil citrate) or bariatric surgery must be written as proposed decisions and forwarded to the CDHS for review of the entire file.

In addition, the CDHS has indicated it would like to conduct a post review of all final decisions involving wound care or wound treatments. The CDHS is requesting to review only the final decision and not the file in these cases.
