Notes from the Training Bureau - July 6, 1999

A new CDSS All-County Letter (ACL) and two new CDSS All-County Information Notices (ACIN) have been issued that provide questions and answers on Welfare to Work (WtW), Food Stamp (FS) work issues, other FS issues and Cal-Learn issues. The following is a summary of some of the questions and answers in those newsletters. Department policy is clarified when the ACL or ACIN does not address a specific issue.
