• Request for County Plan Application (RFCP): The RFCP application provides counties with guidance and the opportunity to outline their proposed plan to successfully implement the CalWORKs HVP. Access the application here.

• Reference All County Welfare Directors Letter (ACWDL) dated April 10, 2024 for the current RFCP application and guidance.
• For previously released guidance on the county application process and sample RFCP see ACWDL dated April 19, 2022, ACWDL dated July 31, 2018, and ACWDL dated March 25, 2020.
• Counties seeking assistance with the RFCP can fill out the Conference Call Tool form and email it to CalWORKsHVP@dss.ca.gov. Please note that the link to the Conference Call Tool is on our website.
• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): Sample MOU/Data Sharing Agreement guidance for counties and partners. Access Sample MOU here
