Dear Director McMannis:

The Office of Child Care has completed its review of your Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for California's conditionally approved Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Plan for 2016–2018, submitted September 8, 2016. This letter is to inform you that the following CAP with revision(s) to your conditionally approved Child Care and Development Fund Plan were accepted with an effective date of October 1, 2016.

  • Section 5.1.6b - Health and Safety Training Corrective Action Plan -
    Revised Implementation Plan to reflect the timeline and steps to fully implement this requirement and ensure all new and existing caregivers and teachers serving children receiving CCDF assistance have completed the training requirements by September 30, 2017.
