SB 855 County Opt-In CSEC Program

$19,000,000 plus approximately $10,000,000 in re-appropriation from 2015-16 for updating MOUs, development of multi-disciplinary teams, training, and services

$14,000,000 for development of county Memorandum of Understanding/interagency protocols, and services; 35 of 58 counties opted into the program

$5,000,000 for protocol development, capacity building for services, and foster youth prevention training
