Client Satisfaction Survey Message (CSS) Scripts

Below are the email and text message scripts that will be sent out to recipients of the CSS who completed one or more of the following milestones:

1. Welfare to Work Orientation
2. Signed first Welfare to Work Plan
3. First Semi Annual Report (SAR 7)

For example, a client will receive text Message C once they have completed their Welfare to Work Orientation AND Welfare to Work Plan.

Email Message for Client Satisfaction Survey Recipients

Greetings,

This is a message from the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) regarding your California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) case.

Your opinion matters! You recently completed one or more of the milestones noted below and we want to hear about your experience(s). The survey will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete.

1. Welfare to Work (WTW) Orientation
2. Signed first WTW Plan
3. First Semi Annual Report (SAR 7)

The responses to the survey will remain confidential and will also be used to help County Welfare Departments improve the CalWORKs experience.
