CDSS ACL 96-49 -- September 11, 1996 (Synopsis): Changes to the Minimum Basic Standard of Adequate Care (MBSAC) for AFDC, Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and Entrant Cash Assistance (ECA) programs

Effective November 1, 1996, the MBSAC for AFDC, RCA and ECA increased. The MBSAC in these programs had most recently increased in July 1996. This ACL provides a table of AFDC payment standards effective November 1, 1996.
