This ACL provides the Food Stamp tables of coupon issuance effective October 1, 1998. It also provides a chart of net and gross monthly income maximums effective October 1, 1998. Other changes effective October 1, 1998, are as follows:
The shelter deduction is $275.
The standard utility allowance is $158.
The standard deduction remains at $134 and the homeless shelter deduction remains at $143.
