Family member maximum base allocation amounts are used to determine how much the long-term care beneficiary (LTC) may allocate to family members. Effective July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999, this family member base allocation amount for a family member living with a community spouse of a beneficiary with LTC status is $1357.
