NEW ELECTRONIC TIMESHEETS
In-Home Supportive Services Providers in Riverside, Sacramento and Yolo counties
The California Department of Social Services is starting a new service that will allow In-Home Supportive Services providers in select counties to submit their timesheets online through a new Electronic Timesheet Website. You and your recipient(s) will have the option to enroll in the Electronic Timesheet service that will allow you to submit your IHSS/WPCS timesheets online using a tablet, smartphone, laptop or computer instead of receiving and submitting paper timesheets. This service will also allow your timesheets to be reviewed and approved by your recipient(s) using their tablet, smartphone, laptop or computer.
Some of the benefits of this service are:
- You will be able to enter and submit timesheets online
- You will no longer be required to mail in paper timesheets
- Check timesheet and payment status
- Check timesheet history up to the last three months
- Request supplemental timesheets

Electronic Timesheet Training Videos
These training videos will provide information to providers and recipients giving an overview of the website, as well as information regarding registration for providers and recipients, time entry, and approving timesheets. Statewide implementation is anticipated to begin towards the end of July 2017. The Electronic Timesheet Helpdesk is available to help those providers and recipients that need assistance with the Electronic Timesheet Website.
