TCVAP Stakeholders
The TCVAP program is State supervised by the California Department of Social Services, Refugee Programs Bureau, and administered by the local County Welfare Departments throughout California. RPB and CWD staff collaborate with local service providers and contracted service providers to provide TCVAP social and employment services. In addition RPB collaborates with other state agencies, federal agencies and non-profit organizations.
