CalFresh E&T Data and Reporting

Federal and state regulations require all CalFresh E&T program administrators to report participant and program data to the CDSS. Data on CalFresh E&T participants and program services is used to establish funding and measures program effectiveness.

STAT 47

The STAT 47 Report, also known as the “Non-Assistance CalFresh Work Registrants, Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD), and Employment and Training (E&T) Program Quarterly Statistical Report” is a quarterly report. This report includes information on Non-Assistance CalFresh recipients by reporting on monthly caseload data, the ABAWD population, and work registration population.

All counties must submit the STAT 47 report to the CDSS, regardless of whether they administer a CalFresh E&T program. Only counties that administer a CalFresh E&T program must report data related to CalFresh E&T participation.

Visit the STAT 47 webpage for access and instructions to complete the report. Completed reports must be emailed to the CDSS Research, Automation, and Data Division (RADD) at admstat47@dss.ca.gov.

Participant Outcomes Report

All counties that offer a CalFresh E&T program must submit a Participant Outcomes Report. The purpose of the report is to track CalFresh E&T components and measure the employment and earnings of current and former participants. The information collected in this report is included in the Food and Nutrition Administration (FNA) Annual Report.
