Most Commonly Cited Deficiencies
Community Care Licensing Division reports the most commonly cited deficiencies by Program, facility type, and year. The Most Commonly Cited Deficiencies reports are provided for facility types where there is sufficient data to report. These reports are limited to the most commonly cited deficiencies for facility inspections where the Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement (CARE) Tool was used. Beginning in March 2020, CCLD shifted to providing technical assistance related to infection control guidance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Normal field operations resumed gradually beginning in mid-202. Depending on the CCLD Program this approach resulted in insufficient data to create meaningful lists for 2020, 2021 and 2022. Most Commonly Cited Deficiency reporting resumed in 2022 where there was sufficient data to report.
