Most Commonly Cited Deficiencies
The Most Commonly Cited Deficiencies are produced annually and provide an analysis of the most commonly cited regulations/statutes by year and facility type. These lists are limited to those deficiencies that are equal to two percent (2%) or more of the total number of deficiencies cited in that year and for that facility type.

2020 and 2021 - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most field operations were suspended beginning March 2020, as CCLD shifted to providing technical assistance related to infection control guidance. Field operations resumed gradually, beginning mid-2021. As such, there was not adequate data available to create a meaningful list for 2020 or 2021.
